There has been delays specially with T-hirts (5-29 days) and coffee mugs (5-13 days) Online businesses face unique challenges, however, we’re glad to see that even now, people are still choosing to buy online. The safety measures our print -on-demand supplyers have taken (social distancing, the use of PPE, regular cleanings, etc.) as well as the industry-wide changes are making us reduce our speed by more than double. Fulfillment and shipping are currently expected to take longer, even Amazon has expressed it’s experiencing delays of up to 1 month, yet business is still on track, almost all our clients know it’s worth the wait. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. Now it's getting better but still you may spect some delays. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time than usual.
